Note:
The basis for the computation of your DXN bonus is the Point Value (PV). Your percentage for the GB is determined through the accumulation of your PV from the time you registered onward (without time limit). However, your income for the month is cumputed from the current PV produced by you and your downlines (Personal Group Sales).

* Basic Requirement: Personal Sales of 850PV per month
* The bonus status is effective in the same month

MARKETING INCENTIVES

I. Cellphone Incentive

  • Achive the status of Star Ruby (SR)

  • Entitled to Php 12,500.00 cash in one lump sum
  • II. Pilgrimage Incentive/Overseas Trip

  • Entitled after (5) first generation Star Ruby has been awarded their respective Cellphone incentive.

  • Entitled to Php 100,000.00 cash in one lump sum
  • III. Car/House Incentive

  • Automatically qualifies when one reaches the status of Star pearl (SP)

  • The company allocates 3% of its over-all Total Sales PV (PV of all DXN International branches) and divides among the Star Pearl (SP) and Star Diamond (SD) based on their PV sales in the month concentrated

  • This is a point-sharing system.

  • Your Car/House Incentive is Calculated as follows:
  • Point Value Computation: Converted into International Point (RM PV) based on Exchange Rate.

    Note:
    The limit of car/House Incentive for the Star Pearl (SP) is Php 28,000.00 per month. The limit of Car/house Incentive for Star Diamond (SD) is Php 50,000.00 per month. Car/House Incentive will be given for each month
    VI. Profit Sharing Scheme

  • Automatically qualifies when one reaches the status of Star Pearl (SP) and Star Diamond (SD) position.

  • The company allocates 3% of Over-all toal DXN Sales in PV (PV of all DXN International branches) to be divided into 1.5%
  • - 1.5% of Total DXN Sales in PV to be shared by all Star Pearl(SP) and Star Diamond (SD)
    - 1.5% extra of Total DXN Sales in PV to be shared by all Star Diamond (SD), having a total of 3% Profit Sharing.

  • Profit Sharing Scheme is a point-sharing system.

  • Profit Sharing is Calculated as follows:
